Ipswich have treated Jacobs very badly, no doubt about that.
As for the rest, they just offered higher wages than us. It happens ffs.

Certainly have to hope Jacobs stays fit and shows the sort of form that made us bring him here in the first place. That's the best way for him to stick 2 fingers up at Ipswich. Presumably he has to play some kind of midfield role until Williams is fit again?

ipswich best hope they get promoted else their finances are quickly going to look very sick indeed, and how many of these players are champ standard if they get there? long contracts, top wages, not good enough. bad outlook if they are not very careful.
