Ticket Help Required - mikey393 - 17-09-2021
I'm thinking of going tomorrow. I went online via My Account at Ticketmaster but don't have a Client ID.
I can't find one & it won't let me purchase a ticket without one.
I've No idea how it works so can any kind person tell me what I need to do please?

Go to Portsmouth fc website... tickets... buy online... Cambridge. It should be possible to simply select a seat and purchase no need to login with any ID I think or via ticketmaster account as far as I know. Then Print at home. Hope that works.

Your Client ID is on your old season Ticket.

Your Client ID is on your old season Ticket.
It's also on the back of yopur new card, if you have received it yet.

I don't have an Old or New Season Ticke as I haven't been able to go due to family reasons for sometime.
I'll probably call the ticket office in the morning if I can still go but thanks anyway.

I tried the ticket office just after 9am Closed, again at 11am Closed.
Although pre-recorded message says Saturday's 9am to 2 hours before K.O.
I'll sort out & attend a home game soon as it's been far too long!

ST’s we’re working it’s just that people were putting them in the reader slot instead of just scanning them, the slot is for phones and printed tickets to show your QR code. Granted there was no sign telling you this
