You just know he is going to be a thorn in Pompey's side when we play Oxford next season. Not a bad player at this level and can be a real pest to play against. Just a shame there is no end product and his crossing of balls into the box is s**t. No great loss.

Never rated him either of the times he was here . Not consistent and very rarely an end product

Williams " The Wombat" won't be missed - couldn't provide a decent cross and had a trademark couldn't hit a cows backside with a banjo shot. Possessed undoubted pace & headless chicken like running about but rarely beat his man for pace or trickery.
Oxford fans are in for a shock when they see Willo's in his own words "best football years"

a very decent squad player for lots of reason but not enough end product as we all know. Although I think it has been made hard for all the wingers by our propensity to have only one in the box when they look up to cross. What with Marquis being off wandering around the pitch somewhere at crucial times and central midfield being too deep too often as we attacked...

The guy's just trying to make a living, its not like he tricked us into signing him. Good luck to him.
We do seem to have a history of wingers with no end product though - goes back years and years and years.

Oh for a return to the Hilaire and O’ Callaghan days

Barcham stands out for that in recent history. I think he set a record for the number of "you haven't seen the best of me yet" News articles (although Bennett game him a run for his money)

It's nailed on he'll score against us.
