Would he have tried to get the game stopped had his team been winning 3-0?
Well managed by the referee.

If the boot was on the other foot I'm sure DC would've done the same.

In all honesty I was very surprised by his post match interview. He didn't complain about how the match should have been called off, said it was the same for both teams and that we just adapted better than them and deserved it. Was really expecting quite the opposite from him.
Yeah he probably came to his senses and realised he'd have sounded a right whingeing dick if he had.

Watching the goal highlights there was very little in any of the moves to do with the wet pitch. Surprising that Curtis got away with the foul leading up, but the pitch had very little to do with the score.

Decent manager, won't last long at Sunderland because their fans don't back their managers for more than a couple of months

and managers rarely turn down an approach from a club in a higher league. Any time you are top of the league, there is a very good chance someone will come calling
