Cheers Jizzbag, although not a huge amount on its own ( without underlying health problems) , it has ( Covid)contributed to thousands more who may or may not have known they had underlying problems.

You might as well ask how many people have died as a result of not wearing a seatbelt while driving.

I would imagine it's quite few when you consider the number of miles driven in any given period. Does that mean we should remove seatbelts from cars? I think not.

The fact remains people have died, many at least partially due to covid. Age is irrelevant if someone died before their time, many 80+ people are in fine shape (at least one poster on this board must be close to that age and is in incredible physical shape.)

We came into this knowing very little, the world learned as things developed and mistakes were probably made, hardly surprising
 all things considered.

I think the point is that the measures taken were hugely disproportionate to the threat of covid to most people.

The lockdown narrative is crumbling.

We were right, and they were on the wrong side of history.

Hey, EssIx, that link to me a piece where Howard Stern, yeah, that Howard Stern, says don't believe the hysterical bollox, look after yourself properly and take the fooking vaccine. Not sure if that was your intention.

Have you been listening to Jimmy Dore (Good you may learn something)?.

Howard Stern cowers from unvaccinated

https://odysee.com/@thejimmydoreshow-uno...ccinated:b

The difference between Howard Stern & Paul Joseph Watson? Paul is backing everything he is saying, up with DATA......

Another TRUTH Boom!

These comments would not have been impossible on msm just a few weeks ago. Dr Steve James is a legend dropping truth bombs The data says there is a higher rate of COVID infection in vaccinated people than unvaccinated. Narrative Collapse.

I think they’re all attention-seeking, socially-inadequate incels, but you seem happy to wave a flag for them.

No tuffs, I look at the validity of a individuals argument, then come to a conclusion based on the facts.

Try it, you may learn!!

Some folk seem incapable of anything other than binary thinking. However it's not always a simple dichotomy. Actually it's hardly ever a simple dichotomy.

Take politics for example. Binary left-right or even linear left-right always leads to entirely erroneous generalisations and extrapolations. 'Oh you're left-wing so you believe this, that and the other.' Well no not really.

Politics is multi-dimensional. Although folk that disagree with me on one subject usually disagree on most of the others too! So those dimensions are not all completely orthogonal, there's some correlation...

It's more complicated than you think.

Ok, I take that back. I think MOST of them are attention-seeking, socially-inadequate incels.  Smile
