I take from the Sheff U situation, that if you don't have the right person in charge, you can waste a lot of years and money trying to get out of it, with a lot of nearly and if onlys.
For them it was Chris Wilder, time will tell who it will be for us. So far we have learnt it wasn't Kenny Jackett.
