This feels like it could be a weekly event, but today - to kick things off - people on housing benefit taking on hundreds of thousands of pounds of debt, and the taxpayer picking up the tab when they default or interest payments rise. Fucking madness. Freddie mac and Freddie mae and the resulting 2008 financial meltdown is now to become government policy just to give johnson a few days off from the public judgment that he’s a lying sack of shit.

A dead cat really ought to be faintly plausible in some way, but this is entirely absurd. They've lost it completely (if they hadn't already...)

I think we can all agree on this one, it’s an insane idea doomed to spectacular failure.

Too bad we don’t have an opposition worthy of the name isn’t it?

As for being a lying sack of shit, that could be said of quite a few politicians from both sides if the aisle. Sad but true.

Guff, pretty lame attempt at spreading this shit behaviour to muddy the waters. No other political party behaves this shamelessly, in fact no previous conservative government has behaved this shamelessly. There are good and bad MPs on both sides (though more on the tory side - much, much more) but there’s only one party in government, and only one party that finds itself able to carry off this corruption on an industrial scale.

The whole feckin lot need to go. Brexit or no Brexit this government is a disgrace and unfit for purpose and to make things worse there is no opposition big or good enough to challenge .
We need a revolution asap.

Tuff, I usually at least nod my head to most of your posts but the Blair government was every bit as bad as the current rabble in power.  We're collectively still repairing damage Blair and his merry band caused.

PS:  It was Fanny Mae.

Total and utter drivel.

Well apart from the Fanny Mae bit.

Thanks for corrective fanny Rick, I think I was concentrating getting the Mae bit right, missed the obvious.

Yep, in the end Mandelson’s conniving and Blair’s Christian bond with Bush got the better of him and he did fuck up and that’s going to be his legacy. But SureStart, shortening NHS waiting times, reduction in child poverty, etc we’re all part of that government too. But I was chiefly referring to our current political masters - it’s pretty clear there has never been a more self-serving and corrupt government than what we’re living through now and to try and smear everyone, to say “they’re all at it” is not only unfair to all opposition parties its also unfair to some tory backbenchers - though I’m struggling to think of one that would pass the ‘They work for us’ test. They’re must be at least one.
