15m is cheap for any premier player in any position these days - thats how mad it has become.  I would think they are guaranteed a decent profit on this deal.

With the right move he has the potential to be very good but obviously he’s still at the development stage. Going to the strawsuckers is understandable if he’s guaranteed a start. Being on the end of weekly thrashings won’t be enjoyable but he’ll learn from it and am sure his agent will have negotiated a pretty good release clause.

With the right move he has the potential to be very good but obviously he’s still at the development stage. Going to the strawsuckers is understandable if he’s guaranteed a start. If he is to them what he was for us then he could be the difference between them staying up. He will be under the spotlight and like any keeper will make mistakes so it will be interesting to see how he handles it.

No-one knows for certain  if a promising 20 y.o. will go on to be world class (or that he won't, btw)   but there cannot be many better 20 y.o. keepers in the world at the moment with his international experience, so he must surely have more chance than most.
