Totally agree; and although it would be great to see a massive improvement, if someone steps in, it will leave a rather bad taste in the mouth for Professional players to go about their work that way.
Something has gone wrong, and whether it is all KJ's fault will always debateable. And regardless, I am sure he is a decent man that deserves some respect. And I am sure that he would always have been trying his best. I am not sure I really want to know what it is that has gone wrong; I rather suspect that it might not be the nicest read.
