How many of the current squad would make decent championship players? Maybe, as a player knowing that you are not good enough for the next level you might not be inclined to try hard to effectively put yourself in a position we’re you are looking for another club at your present level or worse. Owners out of touch and out the country and a CEO that is king of his own little empire, that has also lost touch with reality. But in reality who the fook cares what is wrong, we just expect better than the recent shit that has been served up.
Is it just because it's 3rd division football, which comes with a low level of consistency? The last time Harness and Williams started together they were blowing out of their arris's from the ko, Ronan Curtiss literally standing on the ball and falling over is as laughable as it is inexplicable, Bolton letting that through ball past him on the halfway line for a goal from nowhere. Is it that a high level of performance can be achieved at this level of football, but not maintained? Love him or hate him, KJ did try pretty much all he could with the 4 man substitution. I think if it was a blazing row, he would have done it at half time; what he did smacked of desperation with players he knows he has to keep a working relationship with. But even that doesn't feel like a complete picture; there is something badly wrong, something is missing.
