Seems that anyone who objects is seen as a grumpy git.
I admit to the latter quite happily. Even more so as far as vaping or smoking in my face. Asthma means I had to leave straight after Shockers winning goal.
In the 80s it took incidents where more than 50 people died to improve grounds, safety and take the risk of fires seriously. I remember bonfires on the terraces ad all the rest of it.
With two wooden stands, we still get smokers hiding in the toilets like schoolchildren.
Back to pyros and the rest, how many will have to die this time before the risk is taken seriously by stewards and clubs? Our ground is very different to the continental layout with wide gaps in front of the stands.
