Goalkeepers punching the ball leads to a very uncertain outcome, often putting it on a plate for oncoming forwards and at the very least giving away possession. Sometimes punching is the best option of course.
As for walking football, it must be very frustrating to play, there is always the urge to run, whether or not you are capable of it .
