Depends if we give them a simple formation with players in their best positions or keep fiddling and tying to find a magic complicated set up that they don't understand.
I guess most of us on here recall the difference Claridge made to a terrible team, simply by picking players in their best position and keeping it well structured and hard to break down. Nil nils became draws and even wins as confidence built.
