No point sacking the manager. As many have said, the problems lay with the standard and in some cases, the attitude of the players. Sure, the manager will make mistakes but they all do. What he must do is get the workrate of all the players to the level of Devlin and that includes the 'flair' players like Murphy. If he can do that we will be much harder to break down, even if the quality we have is not as great as we need. He must also decide on our formation and way of playing and stick with it unless in any particular game it's not working and has to be changed. Mous is still leaning his trade and has potential. If we change all I can see us getting is some run of the mill guy who is unlikely to take us forward.
