I can understand why McIntyre is getting so much criticism, but not why Poole isn't.

Poole hasn’t escaped my criticism, don’t rate him at all this season. Can’t pass (with head, or feet). Can’t bring the ball out and no sign of pace either.

Raggett always seemed to struggle with having a partner who wasn’t up to it, McIntyre could be having similar issues. The only thing that would prevent me from dropping Poole for Shaugnessy is that Shockers is always seems suspect on the right.

He played in the 3 draws at the beginning of the season, including alongside Williams.

We looked just as fragile with him in it but…….as I’ve said elsewhere, leave a defense under that much pressure and they will make mistakes.

I'd agree with that, the lack of protection fro the defence has been bad school team level.
Last season, the defenders were expected to cope one on one all the time, not sure that is possible a level up.
