There aren't many old heads around that play the role the way the Cowleys want it played. And it's hard to say that is the wrong approach given the success of Bazunu.
We are still 7 or 8 good players off finishing in the playoffs this season.
But Pack is a good start.
If we can sign Carter, Hirst, Woodrow, O Brien and 3 other similar level players then we can finish in the playoffs.
He'll be giving it everything for the club he supports, every game. When you've asked for tickets to be part of your contract, so all your friends and friendly are at every game, you're not going to skulk around on the sidelines doing fk all. Sunday lunchtime would be a nightmare
Really good news. The more players we have of the quality of Pack and Morrell, the more it may encourage other players with ambition to join us. Better to join a club with a decent chance of promotion than one destined for mid-table mediocrity - or worse.

If we did that I'd say we'd be an even money bet for promotion but we won't, so let's not worry about it.

Woodrow has signed for Luton.
Of course he has, he’s not a L1 player. He was never coming as long as his starfish points downwards
