Well I had some Pompey lager and it was a bit naff so I switched to Bud which was better. And I used the "sneak out to catch the earlier train and break the stalemate" ploy which worked a treat although it was cutting it a bit fine.

I've never tried it but there is a deal on offer for 30 minutes after the turnstiles open which are 1.30 p.m Saturdays and 6.30 p.m evening games I think it's 7.50 for a drink and a pie. The North Stand Bar which opens into the car park is very popular at half times for those who want a pint and or a fag.

Yes, it only took 7 years and a million drink kiosks for them to get their shit together. Compare the approach to this season to that of any of the previous years and you can see that SOME of the criticism of not being serious about promotion appear to be valid.
And we're not there yet either. Play up pompey.
What exactly have the Eisners done different this year to previous years ?
Hughes & Mousinho & Cullen may have done better business than previous encumbents, but I fail to see a single thing that any of the Eisners have done any different than in previous years.
Running every element of the club in a more professional and sustainable manner as each year passes but probably won't be enough for the fans who want instant success and don't have to pay for it.
