£75k...really? Thats daylight robbery for somone of Mcintyre's calibre.

Who else can we pinch from the Royals?

Daylight robbery for someone you said was a free transfer in the opening post.

Wouldn’t mind Sam smith competition for bishop!
Who was it that Harry bought for a song from Peterborough that prompted Barry Fry to utter the immortal line:
"At least Dick Turpin had the decency to wear a mask" ?

It was Pompey/Rednapp signing Matt Taylor from Luton for 400K.

The manager escapes me.

Nah, it was definitely Barry Fry who never managed Luton.
Joe kinnear.
Ah shucks! I always get those two mixed up.
As I was saying......definitely Joe Kinnear.
I had to look it up
Saved me looking it up.
Joe Kinnear was right!

Gerry wasn’t   Cool

I wouldn’t have been either.  Big Grin
At least I used my head instead of Google.
Always a mistake!
Shows what a difference having a decent DOF makes, and having a coach that is happy in that structure. It was the days of 'arry wheb we were last this proficient in transfer windows.
Signed for undisclosed fee. Hopefully a good addition.
75k
This is feeling like a very good window, focussed and filling holes
75K is Daylight Robbery! Tranfermarket value £1.2M.

can we sell him on Thursday?
That would be good business!
How soon does he make the starting XI? The February run of fixtures might be a decent time to ease him in.
We need to play him asap .
He HAS to start Saturday.

In place of Shaughnessy or Raggett

Raggett, definitely.
Neither. He should come on towards the end of the next game if Og needs another break. Until then, he has to prove himself in training. He's come out of the 3rd worst defence in the Div, to replace someone in the second best - I don't think so.
Well he’s a CB and Og is a left back so I guess we will have to switch to a back three if Og comes off for him
I’ve never seen or properly watched McIntyre play but I’m going to assume he’s better on the ball than Raggett as that’s his weak point but doubt he’s better in the air than him. Either way welcome to Pompey Tom, hope you enjoy your time with us :-)
