Richardson or, if he costs too much, then Manning would be my choices.
If we were looking outside the box for a successful manager then how about Sarina Wiegman? Something like 25 games unbeaten in her current job!

Okay, I'm going to stick my neck out and predict that the next manager will be...
......Liam Manning. Looking at his CV of developing younger players and establishing a positive playing style at MK Dons plus his unabrasive personality, I think all that will be music to the ears of the Eisners. Then again, Cullen, as his CEO at MK Dons, will I'm sure give him the final push. Oh, and did I mention..........cheap?!

"Then again, Cullen, as his CEO at MK Dons, will I'm sure give him the final push.
Oh, and did I mention..........cheap?!" This is exactly my worry too. Seems too similar to Cowley. Never a pro player, flash in the pan season, small club background etc.

Who is Liam Manning? Does she host Bargain Hunt on BBC?

I tend to think we need someone with the kind of personality the Eisners won't particularly like. People like Fergie and Wilder will ruffle feathers and I don't think that fits Eisner's world view. They have to ask themselves the question, do they want to succeed or do they want someone they like to succeed. Right now, time is not on my side and I would appoint Vlad Putin as our manager if he could guarantee to get us out of this league. I draw a line at Joey Barton, though. OVER MY DEAD BODY.

Barton is a definite No No, That isn't going to happen

Get Tony Hancock in. Then play Morrel in goal and Dale at CB. What could go wrong....

I don't think the Eisners know what a personality is.

On a more serious note, I see Warnock has said he'd love to manage us to the end of the season. He's a no-nonsense motivator for sure. If we can't get Wilder or Richardson for some reason, I'd be OK with Warnock in, see if he can get us up. Thoughts?

A couple of years ago I’d have said yes but he’s getting on a bit and probably doesn’t have the fire in his belly any more.

Can’t see Warnock reporting in to a 34 year old.

From bettingodds.com
Wilder 3/1 Bradbury 4/1 Richardson 5/1 Manning 6/1 Warnock 8/1 If you think that’s bad they’ve even got the bollocks to quote……… Fat Sam, Tango Adkins and Jackett all at 33/1. Interestingly Bassey isn’t even in the frame.

Bradbury??? who he, surely not Lee?
