Plymouth's playing budget was apparently no bigger than ours, and they look like winning the league.
It's not how much you spend, it's all about getting the best out of what you have got.
It’s not how much you spend it’s not letting Danny Cowley spend it.
I don't see much wrong with Cowley's spending - the likes of Morrell, Bishop, Ogilvie , Rafferty, Lowery, Thompson & Pack were all good signings and far outweigh any duds. His failure was not getting the best out of them - I would argue our squad on paper was at least as strong as Plymouth's, although their loans were far better than ours this season.
It was the poor loans he kept getting in and playing championship wages on them.
