I'm inclined to think they should have waited a month or two until the vaccine was there so every club could have fans on an equitable footing. It can't be fair for the clubs in tier 2 areas to have an advantage over those in tier 3.
As long as it is approved they've said they will start giving it to care homes etc in December.
