I’ve just looked at her cv and it is quite impressive despite your attempts to denigrate it. Also, she is easy on the eye and very nice, I’ve been lucky enough to meet her a couple of times. I hope she gets back in, even though I won’t be voting Conservative in this election. If I didn’t think that it was a civic duty to vote, since so many have sacrificed so much for the right, I would seriously consider not voting, so piss poor are the choices.

If we are going to look at Penny for her mind rather than her body, the only stats that I think matter is her voting pattern on They Work For You.
The naked truth is that Blue and white, Play Up Penny votes indistinguishably from UKIP and patently against the interests of virtually all working class folk in Portsmouth.

When has voting for Tories ever really been in the interest of working class folk? Asking for a friend.

I've never met Penny but I know her dad.
I have met Amanda Martin who was a teacher at my daughter's school. Who to vote for? Oh dear...

Well with the possible exception of the immediate post war period, when has Labour been of any real benefit to ‘working’ people? What do you define as ‘working’ anyway? A lot of people in the manual trades (who I assume you are referring to) are pretty well off and vote Tory to keep more of the dosh they have earned. Of course recent Tory governments have been high tax and high spend, so no real benefit to working people at all. None of the major parties are of any real benefit to the people, they are all slaves to the globalist project and therefore a threat to us all.

She’s Pompey through and through (last time I met her was at FP) and has the welfare of the city at heart, she is a good choice for Portsmouth North. She should leave the Tories in order to make herself more electable of course.

The fact that she supported Liz Truss in her leadership campaign, reveals that she must be a bit thick. Thank fuck she’s ‘easy on the eye’.

Truss was singularly uninspiring but her policies were Conservative policies, low tax, low spend, low immigration. She was stabbed in the back by the Tory globalists. I see Penny's support for such policies as a plus point ffs. We have an eye watering debt but continue to spend as if we are flush with cash, it has to end soon. Labour will no doubt increase the debt hugely and bring the day of reckoning that bit closer.

Thatcher was the nonce-enabler - multiple invitations to Chequers, a frequent guest at her New Years Eve parties and gave him an OBE. Probably got on like a house on fire with Thatchers PPS, Peter Morrison.

78 tories (and counting) resigning their seats - they obviously see no future for themselves as MPs, and can’t stand beside the decisions they’ve made. Just like Cameron, they fuck it all up and walk away whistling to themselves. Brexit didn’t just break the country, it broke the Conservative Party - looking forward to their wilderness years.

In 2019 it seemed Brexit had broken the Labour Party and condemned it to a generation in the wilderness. The Tories will at some point regroup and return...
