No - there were two Accrington players running parallel either side of him - he was not clear of the defence and through against the keeper.
Why on earth the keeper ran out is anyone's guess.

I can only repeat that with no goalkeeper it was a clear goal scoring opportunity even if there were some defenders around.
If a centre back had committed that foul it would be a very dubious red, but if a goalkeeper does then it is a red every time. There are very few fouls by a goalkeeper outside of the area that are not red card offences for that very reason.
