This mentions the Roko redevelopment as a 'small cost' . The purchase of Roko was in the previous year accounts .
These accounts obviously exclude the further 9m put in this month, whiich puts the total that the Eisners have put in beyond double the 12m you are querying. All shown in the accounts so genuine unless you are adding false accounting to their failings. All without a penny of debt to the debt. Genuinely.
