This thread like many others previously on this site has given heavy criticism to the club's recruitment over the past couple of seasons. It occurred to me that Pompey have a full time 'Head of Recruitment'. It would be interesting to know what his role and influence has been in all of these poor signings, particularly in the loan market. Also we have recruited an awful lot of clearly injury-prone loan players who spend a high proportion of the time at Pompey in the treatment room.
